Situated 10 miles north of Canton, Ball Ground, GA, is a small community of fewer than 1,500 people. Despite its modest size, Ball Ground enjoys a rich history, starting with its incorporation in 1882. This has always remained a small town, with the population topping 1,000 for the first time in the 2010 census.
